It’s time to order your 2015-16 School Supply Kit!   School Supplies

For your convenience, school supply kits for next year are now on sale!  Be sure to order this spring and you’ll have one less thing to do over the summer!

Why Pre-Order?

  • School Supply Kits contain exactly what will be required by the next year’s grade level teachers.  Teachers LOVE these kits!  All items are the exact brand name, quantity, size, and color that the teachers are requesting!
  • One Stop Shopping!  No need to shop at multiple stores to get everything on the list.  Online ordering is even available for your convenience.
  • Direct delivery to your child’s new classroom!  No lugging supplies in heavy bags, overflowing backpacks or on buses.
  • There’s even an opportunity to donate extra supplies to the Teacher Workroom through the optional Teacher Workroom Kit.  If you add this kit to your order, the supplies you purchase will be donated to help stock the Teacher Workroom throughout the school year.  With the school facing $65,000 in budget cuts next year from the district, this is one great way that parents can come alongside the school and help offset some of the cuts.

To Order Online:

  1. Go to www.epipacks.com.
  2. Enter the school ID of KYR000
  3. Add the grade level kits you wish to purchase to your cart (Important Note:  Be sure to select the grade level that your child will be in NEXT year.)  Fill in your billing information.
  4. Click the “Check Out Now” button and complete the check out process by entering your credit card payment.
  5. Print your online confirmation as your receipt. (Note:  An email confirmation will also be sent to the email address that you provide with your order.)  Please retain this confirmation as proof of purchase.

Note:  Additional tax will be applied to online orders.

To Order on Paper Form:

  1. Order forms will be sent home this week with your child or you can download the order form here.
  2. Complete the order form.  Be sure to specify the grade that your child will be in NEXT year.
  3. Submit the completed form along with cash, check (payable to Cerritos PTO), or credit card.

Once your paper order is processed, a receipt will be written by the PTO and sent home through your child.  Please retain this receipt as proof of purchase.

Paper orders must be submitted to your child’s current teacher or to the Cerritos Front Office by Monday, May 18, 2015.

Online orders will be accepted through Friday, May 22, 2015.

Important Note:  This is not a PTO fundraiser.  The PTO sells the kits at our cost as a convenience to parents and a benefit to our teachers.
